The New Year often brings resolutions to get back on track in many ways, including diet and exercise. If you’re thinking about jumping back on the exercise wagon after having been off for a while, come check us out! At Arizona JKA, you get the benefits of a group class without the pressure.

Dealing with an injury? No problem, we can modify the training so that you don’t make your injury worse. Work your way back into working out.

Not an athlete? Also not a problem! Many of our members began karate training in midlife after years of being inactive, and you can too!

If you’re in shape, then you can dive right in. Your monthly dues let you train in as many classes as you want each week, Monday. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday morning.
